Having Issues to changing my Password

Before changing your password, ensure you are connected to the VPN via the Global Protect application.

To proceed with the password change:
1. Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE and click on Password reset.
2. Enter your current password and create your new password.
  
  Password requirements:
  - At least 12 characters
  - A lowercase letter
  - An uppercase letter
  - A number
  - A symbol
  - No recent passwords
